Cut chicken breast into small chunks/ Mix with turmeric powder, chicken curry powder, rice flour, corn flour and a pinch of salt. Marinade for 5 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan and fry chicken breasts chunks over medium-high heat. Stir the chicken to cook it evenly. Fry for 2-3 minutes or until chicken chunks is slightly hardened.
Add in the red onion and garlic. Continue stirring.
Add in the oyster sauce. Stir well.
When chicken starts to brown, add in red chilli, onion, carrot, long beans. Stir well for 1 minute.
Add in ½ tsp salt and sugar to taste. Stir for 1 minute, it is now ready to serve.
