Ingredients
500g
/ ½ a chicken, cleaned and cut into small pieces
Curry chicken powder

cloves red onion

cloves garlic

stalks dried chillies

stalk lemongrass
300
ml coconut milk
2
potatoes, cut into quarters
Lime leaves, thinly sliced, as garnish
Water
Salt and sugar, to taste
Cooking oil, to fry chicken and potatoes
Instructions
Heat a frying pan and fry chicken until half-cooked. Same with the potatoes, fry until half-cooked.
In a pot, heat up cooking oil, add in onion, garlic, dried chilli and stir until fragrant and crisp.
Add in the coconut milk and stir for a while. Add in the chicken and potatoes, continue mixing.
Add in enough water, and mix until it boils or gravy thickens.
Turn off the heat and serve. Garnish with lime leaves.
