Heat 3 – 4 tbsp oil and saute mixed spices, garlic, onion and curry leaves. Then add in potato, brinjal, pineapple, tomato, Arun Salted Fish Curry Powder, tamarind water and 1L water. Stir well and bring to boil and allow oil to separate.
Once the gravy is well-cooked, add in the salted fish slices, pineapples and mix well. Bring to a boil and until salted fish is well-cooked.
