ARUN Chicken soup / Bone broth

Ingredients

  • 250g chicken, cut into small pieces
  • ½ carrot
  • 4 onion / shallots
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 50g Arun Soup Mix
  • Cooking oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1.5ml water

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and saute onions, crushed garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  2. Add in water, chicken pieces, potato, carrot, Arun Soup Mix and salt to taste. Cook for 30 minutes on medium heat.
  3. Chicken soup is ready to be served. Garnish with parsley, scallion and fried onions.
