ARUN Saambar Curry

Ingredients

  • 100 g dhall
  • 30 g Arun Saambar Mix
  • 1 brinjal
  • 1 to mato
  • 1 carrot
  • ½ tbsp ghee
  • 1 tbsp mixed spices
  • 2 dried chillies
  • 5 shallots
  • 1 onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 1.5 L water

Instructions

  1. Boil the dhall with 500ml water, 1 tsp Arun Turmeric Powder and garlic.
  2. Add in the ghee and saute the mixed spices, dried chillies, shallots, onions, brinjal, tomato, potato and carrot.
  3. Add 1L water into the saute mixture together with the dhall and Arun Saambar Mix. Add salt to taste. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve warm.
