mixed spices

cloves garlic

tomato

Arun Rasam Mix
2
stalks curry leaves
2
dried chillies
Tamarind water, to taste
Salt, to taste
1 tbsp
cooking oil
Instructions
Heat a pan and saute mixed spices, curry leaves and dried chillies.
Then, crush garlic, onion and tomato together with tamarind water, Arun Rasam Mix and water.
Cook all ingredients until boiled, for 5 minutes.
Add coriander and curry leaves.
Serve warm.
