Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp mixed spices
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 30g Arun Rasam Mix
  • 2 stalks curry leaves
  • 2 dried chillies
  • Tamarind water, to taste
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan and saute mixed spices, curry leaves and dried chillies.
  2. Then, crush garlic, onion and tomato together with tamarind water, Arun Rasam Mix and water.
  3. Cook all ingredients until boiled, for 5 minutes.
  4. Add coriander and curry leaves.
  5. Serve warm.
