ARUN Tandoori Fried Chicken

Ingredients

  • Chicken – 500gm
  • Arun Tandoori Fried Chicken Masala – 25gm
  • Yogurt – 1 tablespoon
  • White egg – 1
  • ginger & garlic – 1 tablespoon (paste)
  • Salt to taste

 

BAHAN – BAHAN

  • Ayam – 500g
  • Rempah Ayam Goreng Tandoori Arun – 25gm
  • Yogurt – 1 sudu besar
  • Telur putih – 1 biji
  • Halia & bawang putih – 1 sudu besar (dikisar)
  • Garam secukup rasa

Instructions

  1. Marinade chicken with Arun Tandoori Fried Chicken Masala, yogurt, white egg, ginger & garlic and white egg for 1 hour.
  2. Fry in pot. Arun Tandoori Fried Chicken is ready to be served.

 

CARA MASAK

  1. Perap ayam bersama Rempah Ayam Goreng Tandoori Arun, yogurt, telur putih, halia & bawang putih serta garam selama sejam.
  2. Goreng dalam periuk. Ayam Goreng Tandoori Arun sedia untuk dihidangkan.
