Add Arun fish curry powder that has been mixed with water.
Sautee again until the oil separates. Turn to medium heat and continue to stir. Add 1 cup of water, bring to a boil.
Add the fish & add more water if needed. Then, add asam gelugur and coconut milk and stir slowly.
Add the tomatoes, red and green chilies that have been cut in half. Then add salt and sugar as per your taste. Bring to a boil. Once ready, remove from heat and serve.
